Jamie came to Go-Train on the Restart Scheme and was very keen to get back into work after overcoming some tough personal barriers.
After he had his discover meeting with his Employment Advisor, Samantha, he went straight into a meeting with Go-Train’s Employer Account Manager, Tina, who went through their list of hot jobs. Jamie then applied for a couple from this list whilst he was still in the office and managed to get an interview for a remote position with a small medical company!
He didn’t have any suitable interview clothes so the team helped him to source these so that he was able to attend the interview in suitable attire. Jamie was successful in getting the job, however he needed to have a laptop as the company couldn’t provide this as part of their employment offer. The team at Go- Train sourced Jamie a laptop to enable him to do his job. Jamie is excited to be going back into employment and is amazed how quickly he got into work; just 4 weeks after joining the Restart Scheme!
