After being referred by Job Centre Plus, Jeremy joined the Work and Health Programme because of his mental and physical health conditions. He was looking for support to increase his confidence in finding work.
He worked closely with his Employment Advisor Julie, beginning with a discussion of the jobs he had done in the past and a look through his CV.
Julie commented,
“Jeremy, came across as very personable and showing lots of empathy. He was open to any learning or training sessions available”.
These people focused skills were perfect for a role, such as Julie’s and Jeremy began to think about the other jobs that Seetec Pluss had to offer. They looked on the website and found an Assistant Employment Advisor role for Restart Scheme which looked like a great fit.
Julie put him forward for the position and liaised with the Manager. The manager was very impressed by his CV which boosted his confidence. He secured an interview and was offered the role. He was so pleased!
Julie went on to say, “Jeremy has been a delight to work with being open to all aspects of the programme and always grateful for the support and assistance given”.
Jeremy said of his time on the Work and Health Programme,
“Thank you so much to Job Centre Plus for referring me to Work and Health programme. Thank you for all the support and guidance and for helping me begin this new chapter in my life, I am looking forward to the future”
Congratulations Jeremy- welcome to the team!
