Training: Access to training and learning in a range of areas including vocational skills, employment skills, English and maths and more. Learn new skills to complement your CV.
Volunteering: Gain a sense of connection to others in your community, build your confidence and help a good cause. Taking up volunteering is a great way to show dedication to potential employers.
Work experience: Build your experience in the workplace, work alongside local employers and gets some hands-on learning. A work experience placement is a great way to trial new roles and meet employers.
Employment: Move into work with access to group support, dedicated one-to one coaching and mentoring for our team of experienced advisors.
To be eligible for support from the New Doors project you just need to be:
- Unemployed
- Aged 18 – 65
- And living in the borough of Great Yarmouth.
