Official eligibility
Working Well Norfolk is for the following people:
- People who are out of work – who are motivated and want help to take the step into sustainable employment.
- People who are already in work – who are employed and either off sick or struggling in the workplace.
In order to be eligible to access this service, you must:
- Be a resident of Norfolk.
- Be aged 16 or over.
- Have a physical or mental health condition or disability
- That’s any long-term health condition that affects your daily life:
- Including mental health conditions such as low wellbeing, stress, anxiety, or depression.
- Or physical health conditions such as diabetes, asthma, or arthritis.
- You do not need a medical diagnosis.
- That’s any long-term health condition that affects your daily life:
- Not be on another Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) contracted employment programme or provision*
- If already in-work, you must have been employed for at least 6 months before joining.
- Be entitled to public funds.
*1. Other DWP employment programmes include (but are not limited to):
- Work and Health Programme (WHP).
- Individual Personalised Employment Support (IPES).
- Employment Advisors in NHS Talking Therapies.
