Official eligibility

Working Well Norfolk is for the following people:

  • People who are out of work – who are motivated and want help to take the step into sustainable employment.
  • People who are already in work – who are employed and either off sick or struggling in the workplace.

In order to be eligible to access this service, you must:

  • Be a resident of Norfolk.
  • Be aged 16 or over.
  • Have a physical or mental health condition or disability
    • That’s any long-term health condition that affects your daily life:
      • Including mental health conditions such as low wellbeing, stress, anxiety, or depression.
      • Or physical health conditions such as diabetes, asthma, or arthritis.
      • You do not need a medical diagnosis.
  • Not be on another Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) contracted employment programme or provision*
  • If already in-work, you must have been employed for at least 6 months before joining.
  • Be entitled to public funds.

*1. Other DWP employment programmes include (but are not limited to):

  • Work and Health Programme (WHP).
  • Individual Personalised Employment Support (IPES).
  • Employment Advisors in NHS Talking Therapies.
