Sara Uhlyk, Bristol Hub Manager for Sustrans worked with Employer Services as she wanted to find the perfect recruit for a new position she was looking to fill. With guidance from Seetec Pluss, Sara also began Sustrans journey to become Disability Confident Level 2. Below she describes the “brilliant” process of working together.
“I had a new position in my team and our People Resourcing Manager put me in touch with Seetec Pluss, where I had the opportunity to work with Lee Morgan, Employer Account Manager.
“Lee took the time to listen to me and then followed up with a visit. He knew exactly who I was after! A great selection of candidates were put forward, in a really short space of time.
“We have now successfully recruited our amazing new team member, who we are so lucky to have working with us. I have another recruitment coming up and can’t wait to see who Lee will put forward again.
